1. About Brisamo

Brisamo is an online directory and marketplace that helps people discover and contact law firms. Brisamo is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and using Brisamo does not create a lawyer–client relationship between you and Brisamo. Any lawyer–client relationship is formed solely between you and the law firm you choose to engage.

2. Using the service

You may use Brisamo to search for firms, ask general questions, and request to be matched with firms. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service lawfully. Do not submit confidential, privileged or highly sensitive details through public features such as the public Q&A.

3. Listings and verification

Firm profiles may be created from publicly available information and offered to the firm to claim, or created by firms themselves. A "verified" badge means the listing has been reviewed by Brisamo for completeness; it is not an endorsement, guarantee, or assessment of a firm's competence. You are responsible for your own due diligence before engaging any firm.

4. Reviews

Reviews reflect the views of the individuals who post them. Brisamo moderates reviews for authenticity and content guidelines but does not remove a review solely because a firm disagrees with it.

5. Firm subscriptions and payments

Law firms may purchase paid plans for additional visibility and matched leads. Plans are billed in advance, can be changed or cancelled at any time, and there are no long-term contracts. Clients are never charged.

6. No legal advice; disclaimer

Content on Brisamo, including guides and Q&A, is general information only and is not legal advice. Brisamo makes no warranty as to the accuracy, suitability or outcome of any firm, listing or content, and provides the service "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brisamo is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service or from your dealings with any law firm found through it.
